Tragedies turn into triumph in the hands of the Maker. It is a real life story of a broken life and a broken heart of a single mother, a testimony that will stir your heart!

Nobody in this world could ever escape from pain and problem in life, including you and me. Unfortunately, my ex-husband divorced me when I was 3 months pregnant with my son, and with my 1 year old daughter. All the sacrifices in the effort of making a family has gone into bubble, including our house, car, and my academia career in UK. I have been fighting really hard to raise my two children as a single mother.

Unfortunately, my son became very sick, and passed away on 30 August 2014. It’s the day that I recognized the Sovereign Lord, just like Isaiah wrote in 6:1, “In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted.” He is the author and finisher of our life. It was my AHA moment that I dedicated my life to Jesus. “I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.” I decide not to chase anything for myself. “I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me – the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace.” (Acts 20:24) Because of His grace, I am living today, and testifying to you through this book “A Grieving Heart is Most Loved”.

This book was launched on the 30 August 2020, which is the death anniversary of my son. It’s a day to fulfill promise of God in Isaiah 61:3, to all who mourn, God will restore beauty for ashes, joy instead of mourning, and praise instead of despair.

“A Grieving Heart is Most Loved” by God because “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in the spirit.” (Psalm 34:18) I pray that this book will be an encouragement to you. All glory to God!
